Initial Consultation
Done on the jobsite, this meeting will consist of your expectations, time frame and a written estimate on the cost of the project.

Second Consultation
This will consist of any questions we both may have about the project along with signing of the contract with a payment structure. A copy of our Contractor's Insurance is provided.

Project Begins
We coordinate all the tradesmen in a systematic order so the job is done in a proficient manner while maintaining a high level of production and quality of work. All of our tradesmen leave every jobsite broom swept clean after every work detail.

Work Permits
Riley Renovations handles all work permits so the client can focus on their daily routine.

Walk Though
This is done at different segments throughout the project to maintain good communication and for all to be aware of any changes to the job.

Final Walk Through
At the end of the project, we take a look at the job and develop a punch list. This is done to make sure all the small details are finished to the client's satisfaction.
